Aalserum, derived from eel’s serum, is highly effective in acute kidney issues, especially when caused by cold, infection, or intoxication. It is particularly useful in conditions characterized by urine retention, kidney failure, and albuminuria, promoting diuresis and reducing albumin levels.

In cases where kidney function suddenly deteriorates during heart disease, accompanied by cardiac irregularities and asystolia (absence of cardiac activity), Aalserum may provide significant relief.
